How to Use
As a Dietary Supplement

Adults: Take approximately ¼ to ½ teaspoon with warm water once or twice daily, or use as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Hibiscus Tea

Add hibiscus powder to hot water and allow to steep for approximately 5 minutes. Strain if necessary and enjoy hot or chilled.

Its naturally tart flavour can be adjusted to taste.

Hair Colouring

Hibiscus powder can be added to henna or other natural hair-colouring preparations to enhance rich red or darker tones.

Always perform a strand test before applying natural colouring mixtures to your entire head of hair, as results can vary.

Hair Mask

Mix hibiscus powder with your preferred natural hair-mask ingredients to form a smooth paste. Apply to the hair and scalp, leave on for approximately 20 minutes, and rinse thoroughly before washing as required.

Face Mask
