2. An agreement of sale between Green Square and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and we receive proof of payment. All goods remain the property of Green Square until then.

4. You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

7. Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards or by bank transfer or cash deposit into Green Square's bank account, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process.
8. Credit card transactions will be acquired for Green Square via Virtual Card Services which use the strictest forms of encryption.
9. The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
10. Green Square takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including the sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.
