How do I get my order?
The courier service will collect the parcel from our Green Square store in Secunda and deliver it to your residence or place of work.
When will I receive my order?
Deliveries are made during working hours.
Normally, delivery can take anything from 2- 7 days (if you are in an outlying area). This does not include public holidays and weekends. Keep in mind that certain extreme outlying areas are only serviced by our courier on specific days of the week. Deliveries are done during normal working hours.
How much will it cost me?
Delivery costs are dependent on your order amount and your location. We cannot give estimates, only exact costs once you have provided us with your order and address.
Can I track my order?
We will send you an order tracking number which you can quote should you want to place your order.
Can I collect instead?
Should you want to shop online and collect thereafter you may do so free of charge. Your order should be ready to collect in 2 - 3 days from the day of your order. You will be notified via email or SMS when your order is ready for collection

A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day.
All orders are dispatched via courier service or international airmail unless collected personally from the store location with proof of identification.
