Wild mint is a powerful digestive supporter. It is known as a stomachic, meaning it promotes the appetite and assists with digestion. Wild Mint can be used for indigestion, flatulence, stomach cramps, diarrhoea, constipation, dysentery, intestinal worms and many other abdominal disorders. Dosage

Acute Cases: 20-30 drops 3 x per day

Maintenance: 20-30 drops 1-2 x per day

Directions:

Dilute in a small amount of water. Shake before use. Store in a cool, dark place. Take a 2-week break after every 6 weeks.
