For hair and scalp: fenugreek is excellent for scalp issues, dryness, hair thinning and hair fallout.

-It is also moisturising for hair and scalp and will bring lustre and bounce, as well as encourage growth.

Acts as an expectorant, demulcent, tonic, galactagogue

Decoction: Simmer 1½ teaspoons of seed in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes.

Strain. Drink 1 cup 3 times a day.
