INCI: Nigella sativa

Dosage

-Herbal Tea (decoction): Add 1tsp to a cup of boiling water.
Let steep for 10-15 mins. Take 2 times daily.

-Tincture: Soak for several weeks in alcohol or vinegar

Note: The finess (how small the particles are) of a botanical powder very much depends on the botanical in question. Certain botanicals, such as this one, cannot achieve a very fine powder grade. Rest assured however that the product has been ground to as fine a grade as is possible.
